Cal State Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV offers certificate programs in a variety of disciplines at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Due to certain immigration requirements, F-1 students must be enrolled on a full-time basis in order to maintain their status. Listed below are certificate programs offered by CSUEB that meet these requirements for international students:

Application Process

1. Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV via Global Academy application and pay $150 application fee

1. Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV Via and pay $70 application fee

2. Submit supporting application documents to Global Academy 

  • Transcripts
  • Proof of English Proficiency (not required for Intensive English Program; For all other programs: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 71, or Duolingo English Test 100

2. Submit supporting application documents to International Admissions Office

  • Transcripts
  • Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6.5; Duolingo not accepted)

3. Monitor your Application Status

Global Academy will process your completed application as quickly as possible. Please allow at least one week for processing.  Check your email regularly for updates and follow up with globalacademy@csueastbay.edu if you have questions on your application status.
