The Heavy and Speed Bags are located on the second floor of the RAW. Any person(s) using the speed and/or heavy bag agrees to abide by the following policies and procedures:

• Hand wraps or gloves are REQUIRED.
• Wrestling and sparring is not permitted.
• Use of martial arts weaponry is not permitted.
• Hanging, swinging, or roughhousing is not permitted.
• Use caution when adjusting the speed bag.
• Wipe down ALL equipment before and after use.
• Closed-toe shoes and a shirt are mandatory.
• Cease activities if bruising, laceration, or bleeding occurs.
• Limit use to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
• Monopolization is not permitted.
