Collaboration Tools for Education
For purposes of security and privacy, University policy requires all CSU Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV employees (including student assistants) to:
- Use your CSU Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV email for all university business – for both sending and receiving.
- Use your University email for communication in all business systems, including those that do not require NetID authentication.
- List your University email in the , , on your syllabus, etc.
- you may have set up that sends your University email to a non-University email address.
If you have both student and employee accounts, your options to access them both are:
- Logout of one before logging into the other.
- After logging into one account, open a different browser to login to the other account.
- After logging into one account, open a private or incognito session in the same browser to login to the other account.
