Members of Greek organizations collectively perform hundreds of community service hours per year. Additionally, they raise over $25,000 to donate to different charitable and philanthropic causes.
Going Greek provides a variety of leadership opportunistic where you can learn transferable skills that will serve you beyond your time at CSUEB. Fraternity and Sorority members also serve in various leadership positions on campus, including student government, resident advisor, and orientation leader
Academics and scholarships are of high importance to our community. Our councils and chapters have encouraging GPA requirements and host various events to help their members be successful academically.
Brotherhood/sisterhood is one of the main reasons students decide to go Greek. Fraternities and Sororities provide a sense of community that in turn, helps our students stay engaged and graduate.
