Facilities Development and Operations

The Planning, Design and Construction Department (PDC) is responsible for all new campus facilities, as well as the renovation of existing facilities on campus. PDC also develops and implements the Campus Master Plan. The Director of PDC also serves as the Deputy Building Official appointed by the CSU Chancellor's Office in enforcing campus facilities permitting procedures, reviews and approvals.
